                               We could offer 2 years Gurantee for all the products from LUCKARM, insurance policy as below,       1) If the defective rate more than 2%, we could afford all the fee to exchange new goods, it includes the charge to send the goods back by DHL, Fedex, TNT express or similar special courier, the cost of new goods and the charge to delivery customer again by express. Another cost-effective measurement, it is  to make more quantity and send the goods together with next shipment to compensate the loss of customer.       2) If the defective rate between 1%-2%(include 2%), we will priority to conside to make more quantity and send the goods together with next shipment.       3) If the defective rate under 1%, we will not afford the fee to exchange new goods, but also will be responsible for fixing the products well and afford the fee caused by fixing.       We need customer to provide us clear photos of defective products, this is neccessary.
