LS-01H high-performance size
LS-01H high-performance size is produced through deeply modifying high quality corn starch and combining other agents. It has special size solution properties including ageing resistance, no congealing and agglomeration and excellent sizing performance. It has better adhesion to cotton (higher than 90N) and T/C (higher than 110N). This size can be used according to fiber composition and fabric tightness. Using this size can replace PVA for most fabric products. BOD5/COD of Its size solution wastewater is higher than 0.7, indicating this sizing agent is an eco-friendly size with excellent biodegradability.

LS-01H high-performance size belongs to high-conc. and low-viscosity type and its solution has good viscosity stability.
LS-01H size solution has good flowability and can be used for low temperature sizing.
The size solution has high adhesion to fibers and better film-forming property. The size film is flexible, tenacious and resilient. The folding resistance of LS-01H size film is 2-3 times higher than common modified starch. It also has better abrasion resistance.
LS-01H solution has better ageing resistance, and will not congeal, agglomerate, layer and block the size pipes
Easy desizing and the size wastewater is easy to handle and has few environmental pollution.

Usage and Application:
This size can be used for the warp sizing of denim products and can completely replace PVA and glue powders ordinary pressure size mixing:adding quantitative cold water to cooking bathagitation adding LS-01H high-performance sizes and other auxiliaries,agitating and heating up to 95and further cooking for 0.5-1.0 hadjusting concentration and viscosity for use.
High pressure size mixing:adding quantitative cold water to pressure size beck agitation adding LS-01H high-performance sizes and other auxiliaries,agitating and heating up to 110-120and further cooking for 10-20 mintransferring to a supply tank for use.
