A: About fabric material. Our QC team will check detailed specifications such as yardage, thickness, color difference and color fastness after materials arrive at warehouse. We cooperate with many PU material suppliers such as Oushang Vivien, Tianze, Huasheng and Guomao and all these suppliers are famous for top quality, so the quality of our raw materials can be well guaranteed.

B: About hardware. We will do oxidation test on hardware, especially for the hardware of genuine leather handbags which also need acid test. Besides, we'll 100% inspection regarding to the glossiness and electroplating.

C: About edge oil. We do cold-resistant, environmental and viscosity assessment tests on the edge oil we use and we will use edge oil only after the oil paints pass the test.

3. We will produce sample at first and send to our customers and then we will start bulk production only after customer confirm the pp sample.

4. Our quality manager will particularly pay attention to the difficult part of products during bulk production and our QC staff will have 100% inspection for semi-finished products and continue to next step only when inspection is finished.

5. We have 100% inspection on bulk goods after production finishes and we can control defective rate within 3%-5% for bulk production.
