K8003/Dushanzi polypropylene has a low density, no odor, no toxicity, and no odor. Its appearance is a semi transparent waxy solid. The internal structure of PP polypropylene can be divided into three types: common random, isotropic, and syndiotactic. These three different three-dimensional structures of PP polypropylene have their own different properties. Isotactic PP polypropylene has a well structured structure with high crystallinity, and its melting point is also quite high. In terms of mechanical properties, its stiffness and hardness are particularly high. The hardness and stiffness performance of syndiotactic PP polypropylene is slightly lower, and its crystallization ability is also relatively poor, with only slightly better impact strength performance. The performance of random PP polypropylene is average, and its value in use is particularly small, and the material strength is also very low. Overall, the crystallinity of isotactic PP is high, accounting for 95% of the production. Random PP polypropylene does not crystallize and is a sticky substance, but cannot be used in plastic products. The crystallinity of syndiotactic PP is low, and the current production is relatively low.
