Seal Agent for Delayed Expansion GWS-1
Overview
Seal Agent for Delayed Expansion is a kind of gel polyether with strong water swelling. With the feature of delaying expansion, GWS particles have enough time to continually go into leakage zone to expand. In addition, due to the introduction of chemical coupling agent and groups to resist heat and salt in molecular chain, high polymer and heat resistant materials are connected, so GWS-1 has a good intensity, toughness and thermal stability in salty areas with high-temperature. The diameter of particles can be adjusted as necessary, GWS-1 can be used for blocking different cracksand fluxing hole. The product has a good compatibility with all kinds of water-based drilling fluids, and has good effects of blocking leakage and improving formation’s loading capacity. Dosage depends on different situations.
