If the braking force is insufficient, it should first check whether the brake pressure is lower than the specified value. If the brake pressure is low, it should check the reason according to the above method and eliminate the fault.
Brake fluid deficiency
Check the brake fluid level. If the level is low, check whether there is leakage in the brake hydraulic system. If necessary, add brake fluid of the same brand as required. If the brake fluid grade used is different from the newly added brake fluid grade, the original brake hydraulic system should be cleaned before adding the new brake fluid grade.
There is air in the hydraulic lines of the brake system
If there is air mixed in the brake hydraulic system, due to the compressibility of air, it will cause slow braking and insufficient braking force. Air should be expelled from the system.
The afterburner pump is damaged
The piston seal ring in the afterburner of the afterburner is damaged or flanged, and the oil pressure piston bowl in the afterburner is worn, so that the oil pressure is insufficient. The sealing ring or leather bowl should be replaced.
Brake caliper oil leakage or brake piston oil leakage
The cause of brake caliper oil leakage should be examined and the seal ring replaced or the brake caliper assembly replaced.
Brake caliper friction plate wear seriously, replace the friction plate.
