1. Introduce

Phytase is a kind of enzymes which catalyze phytic acid and its phytates hydrolyzing into inostiol and phosphate, it belongs to phosphoric monoester hydrolases. It decomposes natural organosphorus in feed of animals, promotes the utilization of some nutrient substance, like amylum, protein, amino acid and microelements, and etc. it replaces part of calcium hydrophosphate in feed, so as to decrease the cost of feed. As the natural phosphorus in feed is absorbed, the phosphorus from the animal waste could be decreased by 40% to 60% so that the pollution by the phosphorus in the waste is reduced.

2. Definition of enzyme activity:

As GB/T18643-2009, at37℃and ph value of 5.5, the quality of enzyme, required by 1μmol inorganic phosphorus released per minute from soudium phytate solytion with concentration 5.0mil/L, is defined as 1 unit enzyme activity(U).

3. Specification:

Solid powder 10000u/g, or as requirement by the client, packed by25kgpaper plastic compound bag.

Liquid product 5000u/ml, or as requirement by the client, packed by25kgor200kgsterile plastic drum.

4. Usage and dose:

Taking enzyme activity at 5000u/g(ml), the recommended dose for one MT feed is,150gfor pigs and laying fowl,200gfor meat fowl.

5. Storage:

Stored in a shady, cool, ventilated and dry place, avoid mixing with poisonous, harmful or contaminated substance.

6. Shelf life:

12 months in original packages for solid product, 5 months in original package for liquid product.
