The capacity is 300~500kg/hr, this vegetable cutter is very to operate and easy to clean, because this cutter machine whole body is made by stainless steel 304,not easy to rust and durable. This Lemon Slicer Machine can adjust the thickness by conveyor speed and knife speed also can customized the knife set let the machine can cut out uniform thickness.
