LB Series Asphalt VS Bitumen Laying Plants
Batching asphalt mixing plants are aimed at customers who prefer or need a finished product with a tightly-controlled mixture. After drying and heating the aggregates they are passed through a screen so that their percentage and size are perfectly controlled. The mixer produces a homogeneous mixture.
The aggregate, bitumen and filler for each batch are weighed separately beforehand. In all plants, the mixers always oversized to guarantee that production can continue in extreme conditions.

Packaging & Shipping
The equipment will be loaded to the containers in the factory. Small models packed in the wooden boxes, big models nude, wearable parts and motors packed in the wooden boxes. The workers will make sure all equipment are steady and fixed before close the door of the container, and there will be no damage during transportation and shipment.
