Large Volume Ready-mixed concrete batching plant(Commercial type) adopt the design of heavy framework steel structure, with high overall stability and high accuracy measurement. It has wide space to make maintenance conveniently. Its engine system use vacuum dust collection. The belt conveyor and concrete mixer is insulated to have high environment-friendly performance.
It has a wide range of production capacity from 60 m³/h to 240 m³/h with one mixer. In addition to this, the capacity can be 120 m³/h, 180 m³/h, 240 m³/h and 480 m³/h with double mixers on the same chassis.
Commercial Type Concrete Batching Plant are mostly preferred for high capacity concrete production requirements, for special projects and for the projects which will take a long time in the same location.
