Product Applicat:

Vegetable oilseed regulating vibrating screen screening after impurity removal, with suction density destoner out side by side stone. The oilseed enters the hot air dryer and is heated to remove part of the water and cool down to normal temperature. The moisture content of oilseed after drying is 8%~9%. Impurities are removed by permanent magnetic separator. Then, the double roll crusher is used to break the oilseed into 4-6 pieces. Broken bean plane rotary screen and vertical suction duct of kernel husk separation, seed coat by suction sent to the cyclone settlement, kernel and kernel powder into the softening kettle. After softening, the oilseed kernel is rolled into a slab of 0.3 mm thick by a single roll rolling machine and sent directly for leaching. The mixed oil is refined by pretreatment, evaporation and stripping.
