Answer:The machine is ease to install, your company could send a person to study . We can supply the install instruction video, English version manual and it will be shipped together with the machine. Meanwhile we also support the engineer services to your plant. Just tell us what you need from us. We will try our best to fix your problems.
 
2.How to order raw material ?
Answer: we have many cooperative raw material factory , and we can purchase for you . just info us thickness , number (50kgs/roll).And we will ship the  machine with raw material  to you .
 
3.Does this machine nee mould ?
Answer: yes,it does.  Mould need extra cost  . According to your sample or you send us 3D drawing then we make the mould for you .
 
4.Can I get spare parts ?
Answer : Yes,sure . We usually enclose some quick-wear parts of the machine when you place an order for us .   
5.Do I need other auxiliary equipment or do you have other auxiliary equipment?
 Answer:  Yes, you need the cutting machine and air compressor .  If you need buy ,we can also purchase for you ,because we have the cooperative partners of the auxiliary equipemnt . Just tell me how many tons you need or how many volume you need .
