The dryer working principle:

Feeding conveyor with frequency conversion send materials to dryer, also there are screw conveyor to connect the belt conveyor with dryer. The stove provide heat to dryer, there are burning room and three firewalls in stove, to prevent fire get into dryer; fan blower absorb hot air from stove across the whole dryer for drying materials, materials full contact with hot air, reduce moisture content; Materials go through the dryer, then discharging from air lock, the dryer requires full seal, air lock founction, one is discharging materials out of dryer, the other one is stop air get into dryer. There is system for dust collecting and air pressure realease, air-pipe, cyclone, air lock.
