ZQ-HW Industrial roll slitting rewinder has the function of producing both Jumbo Toilet Tissue(Industrial roll) and normal Toilet roll. The slitting and rewinding can be synchronized done. Main features: 1.     Rewinding control:Automatic pneumatic proportional valve controls linear slider rail lifting,barometric servo system controls riding roller, pneumatic grasping rewinding shaft; 2.     Rewinding shaft lifting rail:front&back rewinding rollers speed differential+riding roller control final product tension and neatness of both ends; 3.     Slitting blade control,tolerance±0.1mm; 4.     Production process(core convey,shaft pull-plugging, core feeding,slitting&rewinding, tail trimming&sealing,shaft piull-out)is fully automatic circling.
