 Label sticking machine   One summarize and operating theory 1. the machine is the automatic label sticking equipment composed of PLC, human-computer interface, , air-operated, machine in one body. It is used for sticking all kinds of round bottle labels. It is convenient for operation, safe and reliable, sticking exactly, no label if short of bottle, the specification changing is convenient and fast. It is widely used in industry of pharmacy, food, domestic chemical, pesticide and chemicals, etc.   2.The machine is linear sticking. Bottles are sent by convey chain and screw, detect bottles, then the label-lifting construction swing ahead, the starching wheel stick the labels out of label-lifting  construction and send to volume label, just agglutinate with the bottles. Then through volume label construction make the labels stick on bottles tightly.   3. The machine has protection function in operation. 3.1.When no bottles sent by screw, the doesnt detect signal, the label-sending construction isnt swing ahead, the starching wheel cant stick the labels out of label-lifting construction. 3.2.when bottles cant be sent, causing bottle jam on screw, then bottle-stopping board will swing to make limit switch come away, and the machine will stop running.   Two.
