KAMA 4X2 docking garbage truck

1. Maintenance of the docking-type garbage truck chassis and engine parts shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the chassis vehicle operating instructions. 

2. The new docking garbage truck is in the running-in stage, the mileage is 1500-2500km and the lifting of the lifting box (pushing board) is less than 900 times. The loading is carried out at 70% of the rated load mass. When the material is unloaded, the engine must not be manganese bombardment. .

 3. After working the cylinder for 300 times, all working oil should be replaced. Unscrew the hydraulic oil tank oil drain screw plug, then inject new oil from the upper oil filling hole, then start the docking garbage truck engine, test the operation of each cylinder twice, and confirm that the work is reliable.

 4. The high-pressure fuel pipe of the docking garbage truck is replaced regularly every two years. If cracks, damage, shoulder swelling, etc. are found during use, they should be replaced in time. 

5. Always check the oil leakage of the hydraulic system of the docking garbage truck and repair and replace the oil seal in time.

 6. Docking type garbage truck lubrication adopts the docking type garbage truck general lithium base grease (GB5671-85), which can be driven from the oil nozzle by the oil gun until it is squeezed out in the gap. 

7. The docking type garbage truck cleans the inner surface of the whole vehicle and the car and the pressure filler after the daily operation. Always check the amount of hydraulic oil, regularly add lubricant to each moving part, and apply lubricant to the surface of each rail. 

8. Regularly check the docking garbage truck and adjust the working pressure of the gear oil pump; check the oil filter element to remove surface impurities or replace the filter element; regular replacement of hydraulic oil is mainly used for various sanitation municipal and large factories and mines to carry various garbage, and also transport Bulk building materials such as ash, sand, stone, earth, etc., can also transport ore or coal in mines or coal mines.
