OVERVIEW:   XBD-GDL multi-stage fire pump is a new generation designed and made by us in accordance with JB/TQ6435-92 based on domestic and foreign excellent pump types in combination with the user's working requirements and relevant fire control standards.   This type adopts a vertical multi-section structure with a stainless steel casing so that its inlet and outlet are on the some horizon with the same diameter It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It integrates advantages of different pump types: high pressure of multi-stage pump, being space-effective of vertical pump and being easy for installation of pipeline pump. Besides, It adopts an excellent hydraulic model, so it's also characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, staple operation and so on.   Further more, its shaft gland adopts the abrasion-resistance mechanical seal, contributing to its non-leakage and long service life.   To meet the user's requirements better, we've also developed the XBD-LG type whose water outlet is on the upper part, whose inlet and outlet Can be installed on different relative positions (0°C, 90°C, 180°C) , thus being very easy for use.   In order that the user can use it more safely and reliably we've specially developed 8 a removable structure type. Apart from all advantages of GDL and LG, it's more convenient, rapid and effortless for you to replace this type's wearing parts like mechanical seal, thus contributing to worry-free operation and maintenance.   MAIN APPLICATIONS:   This type is mainly applicable for the pressurization and water supply of the fire system as well as for the circulation and pressurization of cold and hot water in the high-pressure operating system. The water supply of multi-pump in parallel for high-rise buildings. The transportation for boiler water supply, cooling water system, various flushing fluids and soon.   WORKING CONDITIONS:   1. This type can transport the clean water or other liquids having same physical and chemical properties as clean water. 2. Liquid temperature: -15°C~+120°C 3. Working pressure: maximum working pressure < 2.5MPa, namely, system pressure=Inlet pressure + valve closing working pressure < 2.5MPa. 4. The ambient temperature shall belowerthan 40°C while RH shall not exceed 95%. 5. The requirement for transporting liquids containing the corrosive medium or hot liquids shall be noted so that we can adopt special materials to meet the working requirement.       • • • • • •     Contact us with all the details of performance parameters and outline dimensions!         OUR WORKSHOPS:   WHERE ARE WE:
