Characteristics of hydraulic press brake
1. Steel-welded construction, vibration to eliminate stress, with high strength and good rigidity.
2. Hydraulic top-drive, steadiness and reliability. Mechanical stop, steel torsion bar to maintain synchronization, high precision.
3. Motorized-adjusting device of back gauge and rams stroke, fine adjusting by hand wheel, numerical display.
4. Deflection compensation unit installed on the top die. Manual crowned bottom die holder is adopted for the machine above 250ton length 4000mm.
5. Travel limit protection. Full machine guarding with safety inter locker.

After sails service
1. After finished the producing of the machine, we will inform the buyer to inspect the machine in the manufacture's factory.
2. We provide some documents and foundation drawing within 7 days after contract date.
3. If need seller to guidance the installation, adjustment and trial, the seller will be responsible for the charges within home, and other charges on board should be paid by the buyer.
4. The machine's warranty period is one year. The supplier will take responsible for the machine if there comes any quality problem. During warranty period, the buyer should handle small problems which are easy to overcome. The seller will give a clear reply in one day after the serious problems occur.
5. The cost of repair and maintenance is free in warranty period. Any component (if not man made damage) could be replaced in time freely and the warranty of this component recalculate from the change date.
6. The seller will provide the spare parts any time only if the machine is in use.
