  The magnetic separator machine is fitted with a magnetic system that is of high quality. The system is made of iron oxide and rare earth magnetic steel. The cylinder surface has an average magnetic induction intensity of 100-600mT. The machine can be custom made to fit the needs of the customer. It  can be of co-current, half-countercurrent, counter current, etc. The magnetic system is a ring-shaped chain closed magnetic circuit with energizing coils made of copper tubing and cooled internally by water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel are used as a magnetic matrix. This separator features a short magnetic circuit, little magnetic flux leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, a simple structure and easy maintenance.     Structure characteristics of Magnetic Separator:   Magnetic line of the magnetic separator uses high quality ferrite materials or compound with rare-earth magnet.
