The Drying oven with belt is for variety of screen printing, pad printing and spraying thermosetting ink processing such as heat press, electric products, paper,  t-shirt, and so on.

Raw materials do not dry one by one dry

Reason: the dryer is too small; wind pressure, flow calculation is wrong; improper use of the dryer.

Solution:

Increase the temperature of the dryer, but this method is easy to cause the ignition inside the dryer, the best way is to replace or re-modify the drying equipment; require the dryer manufacturers to re-calculate the wind pressure, flow and then according to the actual situation to provide design changes
