Recipe Composition of the Insulation Pipes/Foaming Sheets

More than 20 kinds of raw materials will be involved in the production of insulation pipes/foaming sheets, the recipe includes NBR (butadiene acrylonitrile rubber), PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and other additives like foaming agents.

It mainly consists of five parts like the carbon black (white filters) part, oil part, rubber part, dust removal part and whole mixing process management and control system etc.

C. Rubber Plastic Compounds Mixer

Working principle of LINA Rubber Kneader with High Pressure: 

When fed in, the material will be subjected to strong shearing, extruding and kneading in the mixing system, consisting of two 2-blade and 4-edge rollers rotating in direction of reverse to each other, upper and lower rams, and then plasticized with a certain amount of pressure under a certain temperature and over a time. 


D. Two Roll Open Mill with Cooling Functions:

Working principle:

In the mixing process, the open mixing mill is mainly dependent on the relative rotation of the two rollers to the extrusion and cutting of the material. After repeated kneading and chemical action with the process, it finally achieves the purpose of mixing through the interrupting of the molecular chain of material internal and mixing all the ingredients in the recipe evenly.

E. Cold Feeding Exhausted Extruder
