Recipe Composition of the Insulation Pipes/Foaming Sheets

More than 20 kinds of raw materials will be involved in the production of insulation pipes/foaming sheets, the recipe includes NBR (butadiene acrylonitrile rubber), PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and other additives like foaming agents.

On the basis of absorbing the technologies from UK and German, this system has been autonomously developed with orientation to the full intelligent materials including powder, particle, granules, lump and liquid etc. ) Conveyance, storage, metering, weighting, dosing and charging for the rubber industry, which can work with various sizes of dispersion kneader of 25L-650L capacities. It mainly consists of five parts like the carbon black (white filters) part, oil part, rubber part, dust removal part and whole mixing process management and control system etc.

B. Single Blade Cutting Machine

This type of cutting with hydraulic system is used to cut raw rubber materials. 

C. Rubber Plastic Compounds Mixer

Working principle of LINA Rubber Kneader with High Pressure: 

When fed in, the material will be subjected to strong shearing, extruding and kneading in the mixing system, consisting of two 2-blade and 4-edge rollers rotating in direction of reverse to each other, upper and lower rams, and then plasticized with a certain amount of pressure under a certain temperature and over a time. 

D. Two Roll Open Mill with Cooling Functions: 

Working principle:

In the mixing process, the open mixing mill is mainly dependent on the relative rotation of the two rollers to the extrusion and cutting of the material. After repeated kneading and chemical action with the process, it finally achieves the purpose of mixing through the interrupting of the molecular chain of material internal and mixing all the ingredients in the recipe evenly.

E. Cold Feeding Exhausted Extruder

With precise temperature control and air exhausted system, this equipment is able to extrude with cold fed rubber materials and extrude it into certain shapes such as pipes and sheets.
