Insulated air heating for control cabinet
1) Customer`s required power, and dimensions, outlet air temperature were possible, the thickness can be 15mm, 20mm, 24mm, 30mm; for larger area of radiator, thicker, more PTC ceramic, larger air speed, lower inlet air temperature, the heating power would be larger;
2) 6~600V of rated voltage, DC or AC, are possible;
3) UL file for PTC pellet is E207611;
4) 80~250℃ of switch temperature is possible; the power is proportional to temperature difference (ΔT = switch temperature-inlet air temperature).

1) The power aging is excellent, the power changing is within 10% after 1000 hr. aging.
2) Customers other dimensions are possible.
3) Notice in appliance. The power is affected by air flow very much. The higher is the speed of airflow, the higher is the power. The heater can operate without airflow, but its with a very low power.
