Can be reused more than a hundred times by following the instruction.   Usage   To activate: place the metal inside between forefinger and thumb, press against is to start  crystallization, when  the crystallization completed, squeeze the hot pack to make it soft and ready to use.   How to reuse    a) Wrap the hand warmer with a cloth.  b) Put in a pot and fill in the water to boil, until all crystals are dissolved.  c) When the hand warmer is completely clear, take it out of the water and cool it down.  d) When it is cool, can be used again.
