High-pressure suspension grinder is widely used in mining, chemical engineering, buliding materials to grind finely more than 280 kinds of material with Mohs hardness less than 7 and the moisture contents below 6%, such as barite, limestone, ceramic and slag. The granularity of finished product is controlled between 80 and 400 meshes.      Running principle:      Inside of the host of high pressure grinding mill, there is a high pressure spring with 1000-1000 kg pressure is tightened on roller hanger. In the working process, grinder roll rotates around main axis, and oppresses the ring rolling under the effects of the centrifugal force so that its pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of other pedulum grinding mill under the condition of same power. When the materials to be entered into grinding chamber, they are scooped up by shovel spade and sent into the grinding zone between grinding roller and ring to crash, then powder is taken into classifying machine along with the circulating air together; the larger particles fall back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding; Meanwhile, the qualified fine particles with the air flow into whirlwind collector together, and the particles are collected as the finished product, and the air reflow into the blower.     Strengths of our products: 1.
