DOTP Dioctyl terephthalate

DOTP is an excellent candidate to replace DOP (dioctyl phthalate) which was banned from the European market. The plasticizing effect of DOTP is equal to that of DOP without having the negative properties, i.e. migration, health risk that come along with the use of DOP as plasticizer. It can be used in synthetic rubber plasticizers, paint additives, precision instruments, lubricants, lubricant additives, can also be used as paper softener.
