  Product Introduction The indirect heat transfer dryer is characterized in compact structure, simple structure and reasonable layout, and capable of improving the heat exchange rate of materials and heat energy and well drying the materials; the foundation investment is few and only a half of the single-cylinder dryer with the same output, thus the one-time investment is reduced; the indirect heat transfer dryer is reliable in running, low in energy consumption and high in heat efficiency; meanwhile, it is easy to realize the automatic control, capable of reducing operation staff and saving labor resource.     Application of Indirect heat transfer dryer The indirect heat transfer dryer is mainly applied to dry granular materials with certain humidity and granularity, such as yellow ground, moulding sand, mineral slag, coal slag, small granularity clay, and other small granular materials capable of withstanding high temperature and smoke dust; the moisture content of the dried material can reach 1-0.5% below.     Working principle  Materials enter the inner layer of the rotary cylinder to realize the drying process along the flow; the materials are lift up and scatter continuously by the shoveling plate at the inner layer to realize the heat exchange; the materials are moved to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer to perform the reverse flow drying; the materials are repeatedly lift up at the middle layer in the manner of taking two steps forward and one step back; materials at the middle layer can fully absorb the heat dispersed by the roller cylinder at the inner layer as well as the heat by the roller cylinder at the middle layer; meanwhile, the drying time is prolonged, then the materials reach the best drying state. the materials are moved to the other end of the middle layer and then fallen into the outer layer, the materials are advanced in the outer cylinder in the manner of rectangular multi-loop, thus the material reaching the drying effect is rapidly discharged out of the roller cylinder under the action of the hot wind, the wet materials incapable of reaching the drying effect cannot move forward rapidly, materials are fully dried in the rectangular shoveling plate, thereby finishing the purpose of drying.     Main characteristics:   1. Investment for the equipment is 1/6 of overseas imported product.   2. The final moisture of material is under 0.5%, so it is the first-choice for production line of dry-mixed mortar and the mineral slag powder   3. The self-insulation heat efficiency of the cylinder reaches 70% above (the heat efficiency of the traditional single-cylinder dryer is only 35%), the heat efficiency is improved by 35%.   4. The fuel can adapt to coal, oil and gas, and capable of drying 2 mm below block, grain, and powder-shaped materials.   5. Comparing with the singe-cylinder dryer, the floor area is reduced by about 50%, the civil engineering investment is reduced by about 50%, and the power consumption is reduced by 60%.   6. The final moisture index can be easily adjusted according to user’s requirement.    7. The air outlet temperature is low, and the service life of the dust remover is long.   8.
