2)    IMPREGNATION DEVICE
Draw Unit for Impregnation drier
Nr. 2      Chromed steel rollers driven by Nr.1 1.5KW AC motor to draw the paper from unwinder , adopt Nr.1 inverter to change the line speed.
Back-coating unit for Impregnation drier
Nr.3 chromed steel rollers, two of them can be adjusted by hand wheel to change the contact angle between paper and rollers. Driven by Nr.1 inverter to change Line speed.
Delay unit for Impregnation drier
Use Nr.2 banana bended rollers which can be moved up or down by motor to get enough time for resin soaking into paper completely. Controlled by Nr.1 inverter.
Squeezing Unit for Impregnation drier
Nr. 2      Squeezing rollers fixed position one, movable other one Ø290 mm 2100mm.
Nr.1       Micrometric adjusting system to adjust resin pick-up by two hand wheels at one side. adjust two sides independently or together. The gap between two squeezing rollers can be displayed on touch screen through sensors.

Smoothing unit for Impregnation drier
N3.chromed steel rollers for smoothing paper surface after 1st impregnation driven by Nr.2 motors and controlled by Nr.1 inverter.
Resin basin unit for Impregnation drier
Nr. 1 Steel framework bridge mounted on Impregnating station, with nr. 4 chains positioned on the edges, lower ends equipped with sliding hooks to lift and to adjust height of resin basin, Chains are driven by two big cylinders.

Double layer lining is stainless steel and outer is carbon steel. The resin can keep temperature by hot water or cooling water.
Under bottom steel frame with nr. 4 wheels to remove out the basin to clean.
3)FLOATING DRYERⅠ&Ⅱ
Nr. 3+5 ovens, each one 4 m long.
Each oven consists of
 Nr.2 bellows, (upper and lower).
Nr.1 set hot air tube use for connecting fan unit and bellows
Nr.1 set of upper and lower blowers.
     Distance from upper and lower blower: 60 mm.
Nr. 5 doors each side for inspection and cleaning sealed by means of elastic silicon rubber stripes.
Chains and chain guiders along the inner sides of oven
High efficiency insulation of rockwool housed into 100 mm thickness sheets steel cases.
Each oven is installed on supporting feet.

11 It is possible to inquire and make the statistics of the output on the daily, monthly and yearly bases.
