 3.Production Technology Management & Equipment Our factory have 43 sets of forming equipment ,15sets machine import from apan , 5 sets of hardening equipment and 10sets of tunnel kiln hardening furnace production line which is advanced both domestic and abroad. There are 800 staffs in the factory which including 50 quality technician, 45quality inspection personnel, 40R&D personnel. The R&D personnel will research and development the new product. The quality inspection personnel ensure the quality by the “one person one machine” surveillance management system; they be required to hand in the quality report one week one time and have a meeting one week two time for discussing the quality improvement and feedback the quality issue. High-class teamwork and top-ranking management creating high-class team of Grassland All the requirement that the customer asking we will pay attention to meet.  1)After customer confirm order with us ,then purchasing department buy raw material including Ring,Label,Fibre Glass,Abrasive Grits,Black paper 2)When raw material ready in stock then production department arrange production , 3)After harden then burning 4)Then Quality Assurance Center Operations spot check grinding wheels from each car.,testing including physic test (outside,thickness,weight, static balance and so on )and performance test (cutting material 12mm/18mm/25mm round steel and iron pipe and 40*40*4 angle iron ,grinding 200*200*25 iron plate and steel plate) 5)all the grinding wheels will put in pick and choose area , check the grinding wheels one by one 6)How to packing according to customer requirement , such as 180*6.0*22-T27 grinding wheels, 5pcs by heating shrink film ---5set(25pcs)in one box(size180*6.0*22mm)---two box in one carton (carton size37.5*19*19mm) Packaging & Shipping 4.Packing & Storage Conditions 1. Using the airproof packing with the moistureproof bead in each carton so that can keep the cutting and grinding performance well. 2. Using the three layer corrugated carton for inner box and five layer corrugated carton for outer carton. For the cymbals-shape cutter or grinder dish we using the pearl-cotton packing material to block off for protecting the production appearance. 3. Storage Conditions: keeping dryness for the finished product warehouse and storing the product on the tray with sorting. It will be propitious to the production storage and production quality protection.
