PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

Isomalto-oligosaccharide is a starch sugar product made from starch or starch raw materials through enzymatic conversion, refining, and concentration. The main components are isomaltose (IG2), panose (P), isomaltose (IG3) and oligosaccharides (IGn) above isomalttetraose (containing tetrasaccharide) bound by α-1,6-glycosidic bonds.

APPLICATION:

Health products, dairy products, protein bars, energy bar, quest bars, sugar substitutes, snack foods, energy drinks, functional fruit juice, functional candy, wine making, bakery, meat products, etc.
