Product Description Product Application Application:This machine is an ideal clip packing machine which is widely applied in clip making factories, pharmaceutical factories, food products factories, daily chemical factories, packing factories, etc..
2.Operation principle: Sorting and feeding the disorder clips with vibrator feeders,and carry the different colors clips by conveyor ,and take the ordered clips into trays,then goes into hot shrink packing machine and labeling machine for final packing process.
Production process: feeding the clips — sorting the clipps — conveyor carring the clips — taken and packed into trays — packing by hot shrink machine — final paste labelers by the labeling machine.
3.Structure:
Automatic clip arranging vibrators: it can arrange the disorder clips to be orderly through rotation and make all clips come out in the same direction.
Cap conveying unit: accurately and orderly convey the arranged clips to the packing position.
Clip taken unit: taken and insert the clips into trays.
Hot shrink packing unit: packing the tray and clips with film and then hote shrink packing tight.
Labeling unit: paste the labelers onto packages. Main Features Instead of Manual work,this machine can auto auto sorting ,feeding clips into packing trays and then hot shrink sealing and labeling in one machine,It increases production efficiency.
