2  We adopts 20 forming stations with Torri stands and 5T hydraulic decoiler and superonice sensor control to sychronize the speed between the roll forming machine and decoiler .The forming machine speed can reach up to 15m/min and stop-to-cut with cutting tolerance wthin 1mm

3. we adopt the automatic length-fixed forming and cutting to guarantee continuous production

4: it is very easy to install the equipment and suitable for producing in the factory.
