Sunflower seed oil machine
Specifications
The production line usually conteins three sections: Preprocessing & oil pressing, oil extraction and oil refinery.
The production line adopts international outstanding craft, and Class A equipments are disposed for the line. User can choose the craft by local market conditions, for example, whether husk of sunflower seed is removed, whether the oil extraction section is required. The craft flow of each section are as following:
1. Oil press workshop craft:
Sunflower seed cleaning, destoning shelling crushing flaking cooking oil pressing refinging finished oil
2. Craft flow:
Solvent steam
Extraction mixed oil evaporation steam-stripping crude oil
3. Oil refining workshop craft:
Crude oilpreheating mixing oil-alkali blending mixing reaction desoaping soap stock
Leaching distillation and deodorization filter decolorizing drying dehydration washing softwater
Oil evapor waste clay adsorbent waste water
