1.Adapalene is a retinoic acid compound, which has been proved to have anti-inflammatory properties in vivo and in vitro inflammatory models. It has stable chemical structure and is not easy to decompose in air and light.
2.Adapalene can treat acne and also has effects on acne vulgaris and differentiation process.
3.Adapalene is a rar β and rar γ receptor agonist. Adapalene inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis of colorectal cancer cells in vitro. Adapalene Gel is an effective drug for acne treatment.
Adapalene is a new naphthoic acid derivative drug developed by Galdeama Laboratories of France. It is mainly used to improve inflammatory skin lesions, regulate the differentiation of hair follicles and sebaceous epithelial cells and treat acne.
Adapalene Function
The retinoic acid analog, adapalene, is a RARβ, and RARγ receptor agonist. Adapalene inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells in vitro.
