| G10\FR-4\G11\FR-5 Epoxy glass fabric laminated sheet are electrical alkali-free glass woven fabric base impregnated epoxy resin binder by processing under pressure and heat.Smooth surface, no pits, thickness tolerance standard.
G10 added flame retardants agent comes FR-4,G10 add high temperature resistance comes G11,G10 add flame retardants agent and high temperature resistance comes FR5.
