Normally handheld tool with handle and heated blade
Designed for cutting EPS foam (Styrofoam) or similar type of insulating foam

Processing:

Foam cutter/grooving cutter is FPR cutting various density foams, with fine cutting edge and no mess
Cutting with groove-sled and easy to make various groove shapes on foam
Cut rope and webbing, with fine cutting edge and no disperse
Attached with cutting foot, hot knife cut three synthetic fiber cloth without backup under cloth, seal cutting edge as well, cut seal line on bag
Especially nice for cutting sail cloth, awnings and filter cloth

Preparation:

Select hot knife blade corresponding to cutting use
Loosen knurled nut when device is cold
Insert each leg of blade and tighten knurled nuts
Makes sure that blade and cutting head have optimal contact
If both legs of blade are not properly installed and unit cannot heat up

Cutting:

Actuate switch, indicator light and blade will heat up
Avoids direct short-circuit between cutting heads
Do not use metallic rulers for guiding blade
Clean cutting heads with enclosed wire brush
Makes sure blade is connected to cutting material before blade heats up

Caution:

Always operate hot knife in well ventilated space
Never burn-off excess residue on hot knife blade
Blades will over heated and be warped
Only operate hot knife when it is in contact with insulation board
Keeps hot blades away from skin, clothing and other flammable materials
Allows blades to cool before handling
May cause injury or burns to exposed surfaces
Temperature inside tool is too high, unit will get hot and internal thermal protectors will turn it off, after it cool and hot knife will operate again

Packing:

Inner: plastic or Al toolbox
Outer: carton (small, medium and large) and wooden box or customized
