7.Regulating te scale of hose fitting ferrule crimp machine : The scale is used for regulating the amount of the buckling. When it is regulated clockwise, the buckling amount will decrease, when it is regulated anticlockwise, the buckling amount will increase. The scale is connected together with oil cylinder end cover through three socket head screws and three springs on the scale base. When using a hand to pull the scale (vertical to the oil cylinder end cover direction), the scale can flexibly leave from the oil cylinder end cover. When releasing the scale, the scale will be recovered relying on spring force. Before the machine is turned on, inspect carefully if the scale telescoping is flexible and if the lead connection is reliable. 8.How ro crimp the fittings onto the rubber hose? 1 Insert one end of a length of hydraulic hose into the hydraulic hose fitting. Make sure it is securely in place. 2 Set the micrometer on the hose-crimping machine according to manufacturer specifications for the kind of hose and fitting you are using. Find these specifications in the hose-crimping machine's manual. 3 Place the fitting end of the hose into the crimping machine and line up the fittings mark on the machine with the top of the hose. 4 Insert the compression ring into the crimping machine. 5 Activate the hose-crimping machine. The crimping machine's press will exert pressure on the compression ring, causing the compression mechanism to press against the hydraulic hose fitting and crimp it in place. 6 Repeat this process with the remaining end of the hydraulic hose. 11.Notices: 1. When buckling, make the joint to locate the mould center as much as possible, the joint is not buckled on the hex nut. 2. Prevent tool and other matters from entering the locking head. 3.
