for over five years. Adopting the latest UVC LED sterilization and ultrasonic cleaning technology,
this contact lenses cleaner and sterilizer safely, conveniently and very effectively destroy
pathogens attached to the contact lenses.     Principles of Operation UV exposure is a universal disinfection method. It leaves behind no toxic chemicals or residue,
and does not foster drug resistance. UVC is thousands of times more efficient in destroying
pathogens than the UVB light contained in the solar spectrum (UVC in sunlight is absorbed by
ozone layer in the upper atmosphere and very little reaches sea level). After the discovery of
DNA, a detailed scientific understanding of the mechanism of UVC rays against pathogens has
emerged. A full description is beyond the scope of this information flyer, but in short, UVC
photons carry enough energy to cause the dimerization of DNA or RNA molecules that nearly all pathogens depend on for reproduction, and therefore prevent the successful replication of
pathogens. UVC sterilization technology has come a long way since Niels Finsen was awarded
the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1903 for his discovery that the UV rays from the sun can cause the destruction of the stubborn Mycobacterium Tuberculosis which causes the TB. However, mercury lamp is still the dominant UVC light source up till now. With the development of advanced AlGaN compound semiconductor technology in the 21st centaury, now we have a new, universal weapon in the fight against all kinds of pathogens that threaten the health of mankind. The product you are holding employs an advanced AlGaN multiple-quantum-well solid state UVC light source produced , emitting at the germicidal UVC wavelength (280nm) which is nearly invisible to the human eye. Unlike traditional UVC light sources, there is no mercury to worry about. In fact, our product is RoHS certified to contain no Hg, Pb, Cd or Br. To operate, first put the contact lenses into “Cleaning Tank” of sterilizer to conduct ultrasonic wave vibration cleaning. This will remove the organic films attached to the lenses. After that, horizontally put the cleaned contact lenses into deep UV LED “Sterilization Cavity” with special tweezers to conduct UVC exposure. Note that the tweezers themselves can also be sterilized with UVC light. Then, both sides of the contact lenses will receive UVC exposure of sufficient dose and arrive at a high sterilization rate. You are also free to repeat this process if necessary. 1. New Sterilization Technology:

(1) This product adopts new deep UV LED, uses UVC waveband of rated dose. 280nm deep UV can penetrate virus shell and cell wall of fungus, spore and other microorganisms, damage base pair of DNA or RNA, and destroy replication ability or protein structure of nucleic acid, thus to sterilize. Its sterilization effect is far better than UVA waveband.
(2) Lenses need to be immersed for not less than 4 hours to care contact lenses adopting traditional caring methods. Theoretically, immersing for 8 hours can reach 90% sterilization. Therefore, traditional caring method cannot reach safe and fast caring effect. The deep UV LED sterilization can reach 12000 micro joule/square centimeter deep UV exposure doses, which can kill 99.9% staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis black varietas, pseudomonas aeruginosa, tritirachium album and other natural bacteria.
(3) Deep UV LED sterilization needs no chemical. Therefore, it produces no THMs infectious byproducts, and is free of poison, residual, extraneous odor and secondary pollution.
(4) The product has gone through EU RoHS Free Heavy Metal Authentication. Comparing with mercury lamp, it is more efficient, environmental protective and energy conservative, and it is not easy to break and is safe to use.
2. Cleaning Technology

Take advantage of the high-frequency vibration principle of ultrasonic energy converter to clean the contact lenses scientifically, safely and effectively, thoroughly remove the sediments attached to lenses, and avoid numerous inconveniences and insanitation caused by cleaning with hand or immersing with care solution. This product can basically remove the protein on the lenses in 2 minutes’ normal cleaning. To clean contact lenses adopting ultrasonic cleaning can obtain incomparable cleanness. ,    
Operating Instructions

Cleaning

Step I: Take out carriers
Open the box cover, take out the contact lens carriers (left and right) on the cleaning cavity from base following the lens carrier operating method.    
Step II: Put lenses in
Invert lens carrier. Open lower cover of lens carrier, and put left and right lenses into left and right lens carriers. Close the lens carrier cover.  
Step III: Add Care Solution
Add lens care solution of regulated amount (to upper edge of metal bowl) respectively to left and right cleaning cavities. Tweak the left and right lens carrier into cleaning cavities and tighten them.

  Step IV: Cleaning
Close the box cover. Press the Power button firstly. Then, the power indicator light (red) on top of the cover will be lightened. After that, press Weak Cleaning or Strong Cleaning button, and the cleaning indicator light (green) will be lightened, which means that it begins to clean (it cleans 1-2 minutes under weak cleaning, or 3-4 minutes under strong cleaning). After cleaning, the cleaning indicator light will die out automatically hinting that cleaning is finished.     Warning: If there isn’t care solution in cleaning cavity, please do not use the cleaning function.
Note: Under normal conditions, please select Weak Cleaning. We do not recommend Strong Cleaning at regular circumstances. One Strong Cleaning per month is proper.
Step V: Lenses Storing
After cleaning lenses, if do not wear contact lenses, you shall pull out the power adapter, pour out the cleaning care solution in cleaning cavity, add new cleaning care solution, and tighten the lens carrier.
Sterilization

1,After wearing contact lenses, please pour out the solution in cleaning cavity and sterilization cavity, and clean the cleaning cavity and sterilization cavity with neutral cleaning solution.
2, Please wipe the quartz glass in the sterilization cavity and the upper sterilization light window clean with cleaning cloth. Please be sure to keep the quartz glass in the sterilization cavity and the upper sterilization light window clean, especially the quartz glass in the sterilization cavity.
3 , After cleaning, put the contact lens carrier and the tweezers back and close the cover for next use.

Attentions
1. If blot, scratch or damage appears on surface of quartz glass in sterilization cavity or upper sterilization light window and cannot be cleaned away, please stop using and contact the authorized dealer or service center.
2 .When this product is in operating, please do not move this product for avoiding contact lens care solution flowing out and causing damage. 
3.When this product is in operating, please do not open its cover, or the control system will immediately cut off power and terminate operating.
4.When clean or sterilize contact lenses with this product, please place this product on smooth and clean table.
5.Do not directly clean this product with water or other liquids for avoiding water or other liquid infiltrating into this product and causing circuit and part damage.
6.Please do not touch the quartz glass in sterilization cavity and upper sterilization light window directly with finger. The fingerprint may be difficult to clean up, which will impact the sterilization effect directly. 7.Please confirm the cleanness of the quartz glass in the sterilization cavity and the upper sterilization light window before sterilizing the contact lens. Sterilization operation shall be conducted after confirming the cleanness.
8.When clean the sterilization cavity and the sterilization light window, please do not use tough and rough metal articles in order to avoid damage or scratch the quartz glass.
9.Please pull out the power adapter when do not use this product. Working
