    Combination of rubber ceramic liner plate:     1. more impact resistant than ceramic: elastic rubber matrix helps absorbing impact energy.   2. more wear resistant than rubber: high alumina ceramic offers excellent wear resistance.   3. steel backing plate with studs or countersunk, easily installation.   4. excellent adhesion between ceramic and rubber.     Rubber Ceramic Liner   Rubber ceramic liner is embedding high alumina ceramic in elastic rubber or urethane cushion, then bond both to steel backing plate through hot vulcanization process.   Elastic rubber or urethane matric prevents ceramic tiles breakage.   Structure: hihg alumina ceramic + rubber / polyurethane +steel backing plate + studs   High Alumina Ceramic Available with square ,rectangular,cylindrical,or hexagonal.
