High Voltage Neutral Grounding Aggregate Magnetic Bias Sliding Oil Immersed Arc Suppression Coil     Overview In power system of 6-66KV, when capacitive current associated with single-phase ground fault excess 10A (It is 30A in 6-10KV cable circuit system), arc suppression coil device should be adopted to prevent damages. The device is designed based on electrical standard of DL/T620-1997 (standard of overvoltage protection and insulation co-ordination of AC electrical equipments)  

ARC Suppression Coil (ASC)
Brief	Single-phase neutral grounding (earthing) reactors (arc suppression coils) are intended to compensate for the capacitive line-to-ground current during a single phase ground-fault.
Structure	1.MRD-XHZ micro-computer controller and PK controlling panel. 2.Grounding Transformer 3.Regulated load arc supression coil 4.MRD damping resistor cabinet as well current/voltage transformer.

Arc penekanan kumparan ,  Arc penindasan gegelung  Information needed for quotation 1. Rated system voltage 2. Capacity of arc suppression coil 1)The capacity of arc suppression coil is determined based on the capacitive current when single phase grounding  fault happens in power system with a litter surplus. Pleas see the details as follows: A. Indirect measured system single phase grounding current Ic B. Calculate the capacity of arc suppression coil: W=(1.2~1.4) Ic x Un    W--capacity of arc suppression coil    Ic--capacitive current of power system    Un--Phase voltage of power system State: for modified projects, Ic should be the truly measured grounding current; and for new builded project, it  should be calculated based on design data. 3. Capacity of grounding transformer The grounding transformer should match the arc suppression coil. If it is without secondary load, then the capacity should be same as that of arc suppression coil. If with secondary load, then the primary capacity should be equal  to the capacity of arc suppression coil plus secondary capacity of it. 4. The number of current transformer.  Warranty   1. The whole system should be mounted by user with instruction of our technical person. 2. The warranty period is 12 months. 3. Warranty range: damage during normal operation, excluding system damage due to human being factor and force majeure like nature hazards   If you need more details, please contact with us
