High-voltage Insulation Connection

Application fields

The high-voltage insulation connection with large aperture produced by Wensheng is used between the gas pipeline with gas regulating, measuring and storage, etc. It mainly makes every part among the gas pipeline, the equipment and pipeline to be isolated. So the equipment wouldn`t be corrupted and the pipeline and equipment will be used longer.

Construction features:

1. The insulation connection applies the insulation and sealing material sandwiched and fixed in the sleeve (component);

2. The inside component should be fixed at the relevant position after installing the insulation connection. The whole insulation connection should be well under the test of the soil pressure, prescriptive pipe pressure and water pressure on the spot;

3. The sealing component adjoins the insulation plate inside the connection and has lasting elasticity. The two sides of the sealing component touches with the exposed metal surface and couldn`t move so that the tightness of connection is ensured.
