Steel Wire Braid Steam Hose designed for service with superheated steam in heat control, fire prevention etc. In many industries at max pressure of 17 atm(250 psi). Our high temperature EPDM Steam Hose can bear the 220℃ hot water and steam fluid. The EPDM Steam Hose is flexible and made of EPDM high quality material which has very good performance for heat resistanting. JXFLEX factory provide heat resistant steam hose with one steel wire or two steel wire braided inside, we can do the hose color black,red and blue.We supply Hydraulic Hose,High Pressure Rubber Hose,Hydraulic Rubber Hose,Teflon Hose,Thermoplastic Hose,Fiber Reinforced Rubber Hose.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40℃~+220 ℃
TUBE: Black, smooth, EPDM rubber specially compounded to withstand super heated steam.
REINFORCEMENT: Plies of steel wire cord.
COVER:Smooth(wrapped finish) EPDM rubber with excellent resistance to high temperature, weathering, abrasion and aging; it is pin-pricked to prevent separation.

After finished the Red Steam Hose production and testing, we will pack the steam rubber hose into rolls and wrapped by plastic woven bags, put on the shipping mark, take them to the pallets or wooden box, load into container.
Our plastic bags color have many colors for you: blue, red, yellow, or white.
Our standard exporting packing for the steam hoses are as below:
1.Packing A: Plastic film+ plastic bags;
2.Packing B: Plastic film+Plastic bag+ wooden pallet ;
3.Packing C: Plastic film+hose reels;
4.Packing D: As per to the clients requirement.
