Graphite ring breakage, cast aluminum rod rough surface, you must replace the graphite ring.   Replacement process: 1. Take off crystallizer from casting table. 2. Remove the three O-rings and the transition plate. 3. Loosen the bolt of crystallizer, divide it into two pieces, remove O-ring. 4. Crystallizer placed in a turn table, with LPG heating crystallizer until the graphite ring drops off. 5. Install new graphite ring in the crystallizer inside and fill stuffs, coating lard on the hot graphite ring. 6.
