The structure and operating principle of JKLQ series self-cleaning type air filter JKLQ series self-cleaning type air filter is made up of filter , venture , self-cleaning shower nozzle , blowback system , control system , clean room and air outlet , frame . Filtrating process : JKLQ can absorb ambient air of surrounding under the effect of compressor suction negative pressure . Dust will be block the outside surface of the filter cartridge as gravity , static , contact when air through the efficient filter cartridge . Purified air go in the clean room and out from out air hose . Self-cleaning process : Solenoid valve stare and drive disk valve , when computer give orders . it can release stream pressure with 0.4-0.6 MPa pulse airflow at moment . The self-cleaning process is over , when the pulse airflow is rectifying erupt by dedicated shower nozzle , There are three methods to control the process : first , fixed position and time , The appropriative PTG can set the spacing interval and self-cleaning time at will . second , differential pressure and self-cleaning , the PTG can automatic continuous self-cleaning when the differential pressure overtake index . third: manually self-cleaning . when the PTG can not work or more dust , it can use manually self-cleaning .
