Application:

Suitable for single-layer,dual color, dual-layer and three layer extrusion operations in making wires and cables with such insulation materials as PVC, LDPE,XLPE,LSHF,NYLON and TPU, TPE etc.

Equipment Features:

1) Widely used: this machine is suitable for extrusion various materials of halogen-free or PVC,PE,PP,PU,NYLON etc, by changing screw accordingly. 

2)  High Capacity: Optimize design of the screw, and durable in use,non cohesive gel,not fall off chrome, high speed of line, high output.

3) High quality: extrusion concentricity: 93-97%; outside diameter tolerance:± 0.002 mm

4) Temperature control: USES solid state relay, with imported high quality temperature control table, temperature control within ± 1 ºC. 

5) Easy operation:  friendly human machine interface, wire diameter automatic feedback, machine operation more simple, more energy, more convenient.

6) Smoothly Running: the machine adopts advanced testing instruments and strict testing system, to ensure the whole production line running smoothly.

Main Parts Functions:

1) Inverter: the speed can be changed from zero to max.
2) Pay-off tension: control automatically by electricity.
3) Take-up machine uses polish rod, transverse and distance can be adjusted by plain shaft.
4) Diameter of screw: 30- 150mm, L/D of screw: 25:1, Material 38 Cr MoAiA.
5) The surface of screw is carburized and quenched, electroplated with hard cr.
6) Inside diameter of screw tube: 30-150mm .material: 38 Cr MoAiA,
7) The surface is carburized and quenched.
8) The material of insulation are PVC,XLPE,LSHF,PE,PP,TPEE,NYLON etc.
9) Production direction: pay-off on the left. Take -up on the right, or customer's requirement.
10) Color of production line is light green, or as customer's requirement.
11) PROMOT SWITCH counter, set length freely.
12)  Automatically stop: when the counter has reached to your desired length, the Take up will stop automatically, if wire breaks abnormal and self-actuating brake.
