High quality two part liquid Double components resin epoxy adhesive is a Nano Lithium surface treatment that both penetrates and seals by reacting chemically to the concrete surface forming a clear, dense, durable and hard inorganic topical surface layer that is breathable, abrasion-resistant, and extremely hard. It is excellent for concrete floors needing long-term protection against heavy wear and abuse, moisture, dirt and grime buildup, as well as protection against alkalinity and efflorescence (salt residue.) Sodium/Lithium silcate hardener Hardener is a colorless, odorless water-based solution that is V.O.C. compliant and environmentally safe to use.

Polish the ground for the first time:
Grinding the ground anyway with grinding machine(with metal grinding head). First horizontal, then vertical. Polish the floor with“#” font style. If there is no metal grinding head you can also choose 30--50 resin grinding to polish the concrete base. After the ground is polished, remember to clean the floor.
Polish the ground three times:
First, We must wet the ground with clean water.The second polished floor need to select (100,300,500resin )grinding to polish the concrete base.
Grinding the ground anyway with grinding machine(100,300,500 resin grinding). First horizontal, then vertical. Polish the floor with“#” font style. After the ground is polished, remember to clean the floor.
Sprinkle with the concrete seal curing agent material. A simple method is to use one bailer scoop a ladle the concrete seal curing agent sprinkled on the concrete ground, and then mop the material evenly dragged on the ground. Remember that the material on the concrete floor must be uniform and that there is no excess material locally.Another method is that to the concrete sealing agent is sprayed evenly on the concrete floor by spraying equipment.

First, We must ensure the ground are dry. The fifth polished floor need to select 800,1000,1500,2000 resin grinding to polish the concrete base.
