  High Quality Tempered Frosted Glass for Room Dividers Product Description Production introduction:   Tempered Glass   Tempered glass is processed by float glass, heated to softening point around 700 degree through heat treatment processing. Then cool it down rapidlyand smoothly on the glass surface so as to bring very strong tensile stress inside of glass and much stronger pressure on its surface. Thereby increasing the strength and thermal stability of the glass surface. Our shower door strictly compliance with the BS EN 12150 standard, and can apply the Clear Shield Coating for Low Maintenace on clean.   Tempered Glass is a type of glass that has increased strength on the surface by the physical or chemical treatment on the ordinary glass and increased the tensile stress inside the glass so that this kind of glass has increased the mechanical strength and the heat-resistant impact strength, so collectively cal tempered glass which can also be classified into full tempered glass and half full tempered glass (also called Hot-Reinforced Glass) in terms of the different treatment degrees.      Application:   Interior shower screens, partitions, balustrades etc. Shop display windows, showcases, display shelves etc. Furniture, tabletops, picture frames etc. Shower glass, coffee table glass, door glass, hotels, restaurants, department stores and so on. Extermal use of windows, doors, shop fronts in offices, houses, shops etc.     Features:   1, High Intensity: The strength is 3-5 times of ordinary annealed glass in same thickness. 2, High thermostability: Tempered glass can withstand the large temperature differentce(200 degree), the thermostability is 3 times of ordinary annealed glass. 3, Wind Pressure resistance: The wind pressure resistance is 1.5-3 times of ordinary annealed glass. 4, High Satety: Once breakage occurs, the glass breaks into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body. 5, onsidering the characteristics of tempered glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production.
