Jracking light duty cantilever rack column is made of roll-formed C/C profile quality steel. Column standard varies as 200 and 200+ type according to the different weight loading demand. With Jracking’s particular manufacturing technique, column hole frequency error range can be controlled under 0.1mm/10m.
Base Base length must be the same or greater than the arm length. The bases are used primarily as an anti-tip device in addition to being a load bearing structure. For cantilever system, the choosing of single or double side base should be determinded in advance according to the proposed storage demand and the actual circumstances on site.

Q: Does Jracking have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
A: No, but good quantity comes with good price. We recommend the order quantity for regular products of Jracking to fit at least one 20ft. container, which is about 15 tons.

Q: How does Jracking charge tooling fee (cost of opening new mold)?
A: For the production of necessary tooling requirement, Jracking charges the cost before the first order for opening new mold, and the cost will be partially or fully refunded after certain quantity of orders.

Packaging Details	Upright columns are overlaid on crosstie from direct ground contact. The weight of the columns are usually large, and with their regular shapes, the columns will be only bunddled by metal or plastic packing tie only, which will be much easier for unloading by forklift.

Sea Freight Container Loading

Loading Details	Loading platform allows 2 containers to be operated at the same time. Packages will be uploaded by vehicles without manual labour. Air bags will be inserted between packages in case of crushing. Thanks to the professional logistics skills of JR, container will be fully used and unloading will also be very easy and cost saving!
