Yanshan Petrochemical K8303 is a thermoplastic synthetic resin with excellent performance, which is a colorless and semi transparent thermoplastic lightweight universal plastic. It has chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high-strength mechanical properties, and good high wear resistance processing performance; This has enabled polypropylene to be rapidly developed and applied in many fields such as machinery, automobiles, electronics, construction, textiles, packaging, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and food industry since its inception. Polypropylene is a high rigidity material, which belongs to polyolefins like PE. The density of homopolymer is as low as 0.90. Glass fiber and minerals (such as calcium carbonate) can be added for reinforcement. PP is not suitable for use below 0oC. If used at temperatures below zero, butadiene copolymerization is necessary, resulting in copolymerized PP. The operating temperature of homopolymer PP is 90oC, and its resistance to chemicals (acid, alkali) is very good. Components produced with homopolymer PP have very low moisture absorption, but there is significant shrinkage during injection molding.
