      high quality plastic film for greenhouse                             1.Product Introduction:   Huzheng total band 100% UV resistant membrane is produced by cross coating method with PET substrate. The product is an optic film which has an ability of all band UV resitance and skin cancer protection, which belonges to a kind of long lasting protection product. It can reject 100% UV rays, shelter UV-τ max radiation from outdoor sunlight, filter harmful high energy radition rays with a wavelength of 380-400nm in visible light zone. The product is able to protect people from UV radiation which is harmful to human’s health, help them to avoid disease such as cataract and melanoma. In the meantime, the film also can eliminate UV radiation which will induce indoor decorative things aging and fading. The film has characteristics of health protection, no tanning, elimination of dazzling lights and 10 years’ quality guaranty.   2. Film Structure   release membrane, mounting layer, 1st PET substrate, UV resistant laminating layer, 2nd PET substrate, antiscrath layer   3. Product Specification   1) Totally UV resistant and 100% UV rejection ratio.   2) High visible light transmittance, no less than 90%.   3) High hardness, good antiscratch ability and outstanding scrubbing and solvent resistance capability.   4)High quality, long use life, aging resistant and 10 years’ qualtiy guaranty.   4. Using Method   1) Clean the window glass before UV resitant film is applied with detergent solution thoroughly and completely.   2) Prepare film installation tool kits, including sprinkling can, dry wiping cloth, plastic scraper, rubber scraper, kinves.   3) Cut UV resistant film with knives to get film pecieces with accurate demension.   4) Fill the sprinkling can with a small amount of detergent solutiuon and spray it on treated clean glass. Tear off release layer and stamp UV resistant film on wet glass and then spray water. Cover UV resistant film with removed release film to avoid scratch. Then spray water on UV resistant film and get rid of water and bubbles with rubber scraper. When UV film is adhered firmly to glass, scrape it with dry wiping cloth. Finally, get rid of the release layer which is used as a shield membrane.   5.
