The better syringe requires the barrel with good uniformity, perpendicularity and high precision. The Luer tip scale must be 6: 100. The plunger, gasket and barrel should be perfectly matched. Zhengri Syringe Mould is made of good mould material, the precision processing. The High Quality Mould life can reach over 3 million shots. All the mould base, mould core, mould cavities are with hardenning quenching treatment.
